Pingdong babe in Parliament

On forumosa.com, Taiwan's expat forum, someone called this female legislator of Taiwan (LINK) of the oppositional green party (DPP) a "Pingdong babe". I am not sure what that means, possibly something like a cowgirl, but without cows. At least she has a strong ping and also a sturdy dong hand, here she slaps a sound ping stroke to a fellow legistlator of the governing
KMT (male) who called her an uneducated gal from down South (LINK). He shouldn't be crying like in the picture, he must be married to a Taiwan woman, so he should be used to it. Anyone knows if you can become bald from being slapped too often? Just asking.

HERE (Link) a legislator of the ruling KMT slaps a DPP lady clad in green. Is that a shoe he is using? Here, two chics from both parties are at it. Slap me once, shame on you. Slap me twice...(LINK).

Another lady quickly swallowed a law proposal she didn't like (LINK) and then they all climbed on top of each other for some good old pyramid game (LINK).

The ladies were using their claws (LINK) and some gals fought for the best place on top of the others (LINK).

And you have to understand, the ones with the blue vests are KMT, while the ones with the other blue vests are DPP. ALL clear now, right? Compare vests here: LINK

BTW, the "pingdong babe" is called Chiu Yi-ying, or maybe not, and no, I couldn't find any image collections of her, sigh....
Let's look at a girl from Columbia instead (LINK). Not related though.

EDIT: her official profile in Spanish (???) LINK and English (LINK). I am a big fan now. Here she is talking. Or singing. (LINK). My wife also sings, sort of. HERE (LINK) she explains that another legislator is a US-citizen, using a graph which looks like an ovum being penetrated. But I guess that's only my imagination.
